What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by Bank Wire Transfer (TT) and Letter of Credit (LC). Our standard terms are 30% deposit and 70% payment before vehicle shipment. Full payment is required before delivery.

How to track vehicle information during transportation?

Once the vehicle is purchased, we will provide you with a tracking number and our team will keep in touch with the shipping team every day to inform you of the shipping status of the vehicle.

How to ensure the quality of cars?

Before the vehicle leaves the factory, we will conduct a strict factory inspection, display the detailed components of the vehicle through pictures and videos, and provide a complete quality inspection report to ensure that every exported vehicle is of the best quality.

How long does it take to ship the vehicle after ordering it?

After the vehicle is purchased successfully, it takes about 4-6 weeks to transport it from China to different ports. In addition, the customs clearance time will vary according to the policies and actual conditions of each country, which may increase the total transportation time.
